NANING ADIWOSO is an activist in her professional background. She had travel around and work and practicing as an interior design and environmental designer in United State, Brazil and join the DESIGN STUDIO from Tokyo before she establish her own company in Indonesia at 1980.
Her design resembles future demand as she always forecast her design. She establish INIAS Resource center (Indonesian Interior Architecture Space), an institution that bridging the industries and professional, during the recession period at year 2000.
Her forecast in design is very strong that she becoming one of the co-founder of World Toilet Organization in 2001. This organization is focusing on moving the communities to have proper, clean and hygiene Green toilet. Her last movement for the communities is being the initiator of Green Building Council Indonesia (GBC Indonesia) in 2008. She is a Chairperson of GBC Indonesia from 2009 up to now.
She never stops developing new things and ideas to save communities and world through education that she have been through. Studied in Europe and USA brought her to International network and up date with the global movement for Indonesia. Her talent in dissemination and educate the public is becoming one of her most desired one.
She was an advisor for the airport authority, as well an ecological/green airport consultant. She also becomes one of the speakers at International Conference for Ecological & Green Airport. She is one of a juror for Airport Nusantara Indonesia, a national competition for Airport Design dedicate to professional architects in Indonesia. Through Green Building Council Indonesia, Naning is encouraging sustainable design for Airport. She also works close with Ministry of Tourism, developing standard for Green Hotel and Public Toilet.
For her achievement in environmental sector, in 2013 Naning Adiwoso had received “Anugerah Ganesa Wirya Jasa Utama” award from one of national university in Bandung (Bandung Institute of Technology). She also awarded as Indonesia’s Most Inspiring Women by Forbes Indonesia. She was awarded by Pro Vitae Award from International Federation of Interior Architects (IFI) in 2007. Naning also received a Lifetime Achievement Awards from HDII (Indonesia Interior Designers Association) and APSDA (Asia Pacific Space Designers Alliance)

Stephen’s creativity started at a young age making animated cartoons as a teenager winning awards for the young film maker competitions at the BBC. Drawing upon his artistic flair he pursued a career in architecture. He went on to spend the next two and a half decades de-signing resorts, hotels and high end hospitality projects in different corners of the world with contextual and cultural sensitivity always striving for design excellence.
His early exploits in film making gave him an approach to hospitality design which was inspired by the narrative to rouse emotions, thrill and entertain. His experience extends through the Middle East, Europe, Africa, India and Asia Pacific. Many of his projects have won multiple awards including Re-inhabit, winner of Tomorrows Hotel European Hotel Design awards, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum winner of New Build European Hotel Design Awards, Royal Mirage, Best Leisure hotel Middle East, Laucala Island voted top luxury travel offering of 2017 by CNN travel, to list a few.
Having worked on some of the worlds most spectacular hotels Stephen’s vision is greatly admired and respected and his skills an asset to any project. Having been based in London, Honolulu and now Bangkok, Stephen has managed many projects from concept through detailed design. He is renowned for leading the project team and responds to the clients needs and expectations. Stephen contributes a wealth of international design inspiration and experience.
